Cancellation and Order Changes
Orders can be canceled prior to preparation. Once the kitchen has started cooking or your delivery driver has picked up the order, cancellations are limited. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered for the following scenarios:

- The received products were cold, undercooked, or not prepared as described, and you reported the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery and Pickup
